Transactions
Transactions represent sales and refunds that have been made. A physical receipt image is automatically attached to each transaction for archiving purposes (and signature retention).
Each Transaction consists of header information, such as tax total and grand total plus detail information such as transaction lines and payments.
Transactions can also have various states such as:
- On-Account - which designates the money is owed. Like an invoice
- Void - which designates a voided transaction
Transactions (except On-Account) should always have a remaining balance of 0.00.
Transactions can readily be exported or integrated to financial systems on (or off) the Salesforce platform.
