Creativity Explored selected SuitePOS and Square as their retail point of sale solution to easily process transactions and payments in-store. SuitePOS is connected in real-time to Oracle NetSuite’s enterprise resource planning suite through a native integration providing a single system for Creativity Explored to run their entire business.
Before switching to SuitePOS and Square, Creativity Explored used a clunky POS system that required lots of staff training and slowed down sales. The old point of sale technology often had connectivity issues, which was problematic for customers paying with a card, or needing to checkout quickly.
