What's your secret sauce? Arn't you just another POS?

No, we are not just another POS. In fact, we are a new product category that is helps to unify commerce across your organization. SuitePOS is essential because our deep, native integration between the POS and your back-office platform of choice means that a shoppers experience is the same across all selling channels.

Do you sell hardware?

No we do not sell hardware. We only sell software subscription services for our POS which allows you to run our software according to your entitlement. We can, however, recommend hardware that we know works well with our solution.

Can you support high product and customer counts?

Yes, we have some customers that are operating 200k+ items in their catalog and over 1M+ customers.

What gateways and processors do you support?

We support two main gateways/processors. CardEase, which supports many different processors/merchants and Square Payments which offers simplified rate structures and efficiency.

What type of transactions do you support?

Most transaction types needed for B2C and B2B retailers are supported. Cash and carry, sales orders (soon) and returns

What type of payments do you support?

SuitePOS can take the standard methods cash, credit card and contactless payments. In addition, On-Account (for payment later), Gift-Cards and Checks are supported.

Coming soon, is a fully integrated (and revolutionary) Financing payment method. Here the customer is given the option to finance their transaction on check-out. If accepted, a instant credit check is performed offering the various financial options. The transaction is then settled a few days later.

How do you handle updates to SuitePOS?

SuitePOS is updated several times a year. These can be a major release, where a lot of new functionality is added or a minor release consisting of incremental improvements and bug fixes. In most cases, upgrades are easy to perform so long as the associated release notes are carefully followed.

There are two components to each release.

SuitePOS App

The App controls the user experience and resides on the POS terminal (an Apple iOS device). You will need to install the new App and quite possibly have to re-synchronize your data.

SuitePOS Bundle/Package

The Bundle/Package controls the integration layer and setup configurations and will need to be installed by your administrator. Not all App upgrades will involve this step.
